To fill out the Uttar Pradesh RTE (Right to Education) admission form for the 2026-27 session, you will need to use the official online portal. The application process for Phase 1 has officially started 2 February 2026. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process.
Eligibility for weaker sections and disadvantaged groups will be as per the government order (GO). Please check the eligibility criteria in the government order before applying.
An application can be attempted a maximum of 3 times using the Aadhaar number. Registration will not be possible if more than three attempts are made.

How to Fill Fill RTE UP Admission Form 2026-27. Visit the Official Portal: Go to rte25.upsdc.gov.in. New Student Registration: Click on the "Online Application/Student Login" link on the homepage. Select "New Student Registration". Fill in basic details: District, Town/Block, Gram Panchayat/Ward, Child’s Name, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth. Choose the Category (EWS for Economically Weaker or DG for Disadvantaged Group). Complete the Application Form: After registering, you will receive a Registration ID. Use this to log back in. Fill in parent details (Father/Mother name) and address. Note: You must provide an Aadhaar-seeded bank account of a parent for government financial aid. Upload Documents: You will need to upload scanned copies of: Child's Birth Certificate (Aadhaar is no longer mandatory for the child, but helpful). Parent's Aadhaar Card or Identity Proof. Address Proof (Ration card, Voter ID, or Bank Passbook). Income Certificate (for EWS) or Caste Certificate (for DG). Child's Photograph. School Selection: Select your preferred schools from the dropdown list. You can choose up to 10 schools within your ward or neighborhood. Final Submission: Review all details carefully. Click on "Final Lock" to submit. Print the form: Keep a printed copy of the final application for your records.
