Uttar Pradesh Medical Health and Family Welfare Department has released the online application form for admission in ANM and GNM training course 2023. Any student who wants to take admission in any college authorized by DGMHUP can apply online from 01 July 2023 to 31 July 2023.

Application Fee General: 200/- OBC / SC / ST: 100/- Pay the Examination Fee Through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking Only.
Uttar Pradesh GNM / ANM Training 2023 Age Limit as on 31/12/2022 Minimum Age : 17 Years. Maximum Age : 35 Years. Age relaxation as per NHM UP GNM & ANM training/admission post admission rules.
